Providing nurturing, compassionate therapy
Currently accepting new patients
About Me
I provide supportive therapy services to individuals and families, including military personnel. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, issues of self-worth, substance use, grief, loss, and self-harm. I recently ran an intensive outpatient program for people with acute mental health issues in a hospital based environment, and enjoy working with this population as well.
Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. You can reach me by phone or by email, and I will try to respond within 24-48 hours. Thank you!
